Alexandra Roocroft Debrule
Alexandra, our Portland Interior Designer, graduated from the accredited Interior Design school the Design Institute of San Diego earning her BFA. She has worked as an interior designer in home staging, remodeling, organization, and space planning. Whether it is small home design, custom built furniture or a music studio, her love for the harmony of style and function is what drives her forward.
Alexandra’s design style is a mixture of the experiences she has gathered throughout her life. Born to a Colombian Interior Designer mother and English Elephant Management Consultant father, she attributes her understanding and appreciation for different cultures, music, food and designs to them and her family around the world. Having lived in San Diego, CA, Minneapolis, MN, Seattle, WA, Bogota, Colombia, and Portland OR Alexandra treasures the harmonious designs of different cultures, styles and aesthetics. When Alexandra is not designing she loves the arts, traveling, the great outdoors, spending time with her family and friends, and her lovable dog Baylor.
Oji & Hana
Oji & Hana, our Portland Canine Companions, loyally remain attentive to our needs. Oji clears the studio floor from food debris when we eat at our desks, and is always willing to clean the dishes. He also sorts recycling, which is very much appreciated. Hana keeps all critters clear of the premises, and ensures we aren’t interrupted during important meetings or deadlines.
Both remind us to take breaks so we can get back to work refreshed and focused, including time to play, reciting “all work and no play makes for uninspired designs”.
We had a consultation with Lynn when we were moving offices. We were on a bit of a time crunch, and Lynn was able to accommodate to our timeline. Lynn listened to what we were looking for, and was able to present great options. We developed a 3-Phase plan for the office and Lynn helped to take these ideas from paper to reality. She helped with the planning, presenting, and shopping, and made an effort to follow-up. Lynn was personable, punctual, and creative. We are so glad that we went with Möbius for our design needs, and would recommend them to anyone who wants to work with a designer that is hard-working, has great ideas, and is detail oriented! THANK YOU, LYNN!
